Project Overview:

The Grant Park Parking Garage is built to be not only functional, maintainable, and sustainable, but also a beautiful complement to its surroundings, and honor the context of the Grant Park neighborhood and Grant Park itself.  Inspired by the natural foliage, landscape, architecture, and Zoo Atlanta and the Cyclorama, the team developed a design that transcends the typical parking structure.

This New Multi-level parking garage with a green roof and 1000 parking spaces located at the Boulevard Avenue surface parking lot in Grant Park/Zoo Atlanta to accommodate current and future parking demand, reduce traffic congestion and improve safety. 

The building’s green roof will utilize planted vegetation to reduce stormwater runoff, improve air quality and create an attractive outdoor green space for the neighborhood.
